  • Torn up foreskin

    Hey, so I've been masterbating quite a lot these last 2-3 months, haven't been doing any PE at all, girth went down a tad bit, length up by .1 which is cool, but I have a problem right now.. My foreskin is all torn up, with lacerations about 2 mm all around the foreskin ( 3-4 lacerations ) it is because of masterbating, I am going to stop obviously, but my question is, if theres anything I can do in the meantime to help with the restoration of my foreskin, I'm a bit freaked, cause I've masterbated this much before in my life and never had issues like these, I let it heal for a week but as soon as I jerked, I got these cuts again, it's as if my foreskin is so weak that when i masterbated it just instantly rips.
    so any advice? How long should I take a break for? Any techniques to make it heal faster? Etc etc.

    Be gentle, use a lube. If you are doing other PE activities (hanging, etc) these may be a contributing factor.

      Uhh I was hoping for a lil more info than that.. But thanks I guess? Oh and uhh... As I stated in the first post, I haven't been doing any PE at all.

        It may be just a bit too dry down there, try applying a moisturizing lotion in the morning for a few days to the affected area, and see if that helps.
        Starting (20 JUL 2012)
        BPFSL: 7.5"
        BPEL: 6.75"

          I feel like that might be it, when I would jack off or do PE a while back I always applied generous amounts of castor oil, no matter how I stretched it, pulled it, swung it, shook it, or jelqed it, thing was nice and intact.. Damn thanks Ben, you just helped me answer my own question by triggering an epiphany for me. Thanks mayng.

            I just hope it helps. That's a terribly unfortunate problem to have.

              I realized that I have a vitamin E deficiency, your post and something someone else lead to me connecting certain dots and I remembered I haven't been taking my vitamin e daily.. Besides that haven't been using oil or lube.. With some time it should heal up, and castor oil here I come daily.
