I would just like to say that for a product you pay over $300 for the quality is lacking for the penimaster pro. I have been having problems with getting the green ball to attach to the glans device having to remove the valve and manually unlock the pressure inside the green ball. After looking at it closely i see a crack in the neck of the green ball. I am trying to fix it by putting a little glue in the crack to seal it. Just disappointed in what i thought would be a quality product coming from Germany and all..
I ordered a replacement ball from the urology store i will see when it arrives if that has been the source of my frustration and the inconsistency of this device.

Yeah, I agree that it's pretty low quality. I bought a real cheap one from AliExpress and it lasted 6 months. Then I paid the big $ for the Penimaster Pro, and it only lasted 4 months. That's when I gave up on extenders and went to ADS stretchers and VED pumps.

So now i am not able to use this piece of S*** even after buying new sluices and diaphragms. i have spent almost half of what it cost me to try and figure out what it takes to get this thing to work reliably. Now it sucks the diaphragm in and not able to get the glans in so after mastering this trick of taking the squeeze ball off the chamber and screwing it back on.. (while the ball is compressed) it will not do anything.. because the diaphragm is already in as far as it can go.. Sound complicated? it is!!! the only thing i can say is i purchased a different brand i am done wasting time on changing these parts out.. i have tried latex ballons they work for a day or so.. dont waste your money like i did!!

Wow, man. Sorry you've had so much trouble! I agree it's not worth the money, and the customer support is equally as terrible.
