I've been playing sports year-round since jr. HS and have worn jockstraps daily in practices & games all my life, but I learned both jocks & TIGHTLY FITTED BRIEFS are really unhealthy, because they hold your balls tightly against your body causing the temperature of your testes to rise, which is unhealthy for sperm production & motility.

A leather balls-stretcher with a divider strap is MUCH more comfortable and supports your testicles better; keeping them extended away from your body & much cooler! That improves virility & feels great too, allowing your balls to swing & move while providing support during non-contact sports. Wearing a leather stretcher regularly made my balls grow bigger (I believe) too!...MUCH more comfortable than a JOCK, IMO!
