Another thing too.. All that Trump had to do the whole time was shut the big trap of his, and he would have gotten in.. One of the local councillor's got in here recently by using that strategy... The rest where mouthing off sending out letters to people, etc.. Completely turning people off.. He promised nothing, and said nothing about no one.. Guess what?? Voted in by a large majority..

That just shows his complete lack of self control. He cannot keep his mouth shut. I could just see him getting in a Twitter war was with Asad or Putin. Quickly escalating to military threats.

He can't even listen to his own advisors, think he would do that as President? Not a chance.

So Tom Brady was a failure because he was drafted in the 6th round?

Michael Jordan failed because he didn't make varsity?

Bill Gates failed because he was rejected over and over?

That depends. Did Brady want to be drafted earlier? Did Jordan want to be in varsity? Did Gates want to not be rejected? I'm going to assume they wanted all of those things and if so then yes they failed, at those points. Just because they succeeded later doesn't mean their failures stop being failures.

If you wanted to get 100% on a test, but got an 88% then you did fail to reach what you wanted. If you wanted at least an 80% and got an 88% then you succeeded. Failure and success have no middle ground, there is no grey area, you either succeed or you fail.

I can't understand this thought process. Its the journey. Not getting those jobs made me more successful then I would have thought. Its part of the journey. One bad business deal didn't make Trump a failure. He learned from it and became even more successful.

But you only know about that success in hindsight, but during that journey as you face more and more failures, with little to no success, you won't be seeing it as future success as that success may never come. To those in the moment all they can see is the failures, not to some possible/nonexistent success. Some people won't succeed and some never get the chance to succeed, it's just the way things are in life.

Its people that don't try that fail. Not going after your dreams is a failure. Coasting through life is a failure.

I thought it was about the journey, no? Is it possible that coasting brings them to that success?

If you think not getting the job is a failure, what do you call it when the person doesn't even try for the job?

That depends, are they not succeeding by doing exactly what they are setting out to do by thinking they won't get the job and then not going for it, making sure they don't get the job?

Erm, thermonuclear war would be the absolute worst case scenario. So maybe not even making America great is necessary, maybe just keeping America from becoming a nuclear wasteland is good?

We're in the worst case scenario right now. It wouldn't surprise me if either candidate leads to nuclear war, they are both cataclysmically bad. I'm not sure how you can really side with either of these two. I would rather they do an Odd Couple situation with these two, at least then comedy and hi-jinks would ensue.

Also I don't think Trump is calm enough of a person to be in charge of something like nukes.

One candidate has a track record of war and destruction, the other doesnt. That goes on your conscience.

Why is it on my conscience? I'm one of the few that realize these two are fucking terrible and can't understand how anyone can like either of these two candidates. All of you who decided to pick these two 30 pound bags of giraffe diarrhea are the problem here, not those that have to put up with all of your dumb ass decisions to let these two keep moving forward.

Donnie the people we have running for president were chosen by the people. You can disagree with those choices all you want but to say good hard working people put their brains on the floor is insulting to them. I made my choice and I can assure you I did not put my brains on the floor. Maybe we should respect choices that others have made. Disagree with them? Fine! Trash them for their choice? Not nice!

You're are not in the worst case scenario just yet. Did you watch the video with Jill Stein? A person from the left is saying don't vote for someone else on the left, but vote for someone on the right instead because we could end up in nuclear war, is a pretty damning statement.

Maybe Trump isn't calm enough to be in charge of nukes, but he looks like he posses a conscience which Hillary doesn't which will stop him from doing anything rash.

The election is definitely not rigged in Trumps favour either. The media have been exposed in Wikileaks Podesta #10 email dumps. The MSM are going out of their way to try and make Hillary look good whilst trying to destroy Trump, but as the old saying goes, you can't polish a turd.

Its not what he says, but how he says it. You can talk about protecting borders without banning a religion or calling Mexicans rapists.

Except I haven't heard a peep about his policy over the last month. He is blabbing away about fat beauty contestants or suggesting a woman is too ugly for him to assault. Or that the election is rigged, or bla bla bla.
