Oh all those conservative evangelical Christians; you mean the ones that feed more poor than most government programs? You mean the ones that send groups to poor areas here and abroad to help the poor build houses to live? I watch about 50 volunteers leave each summer to spend 3 weeks building homes in Haiti because their government won't do it.
You mean the conservative who want to say Merry Christmas because it should offend no one? Those conservatives that don't want an over intrusive government and not paying tons of taxes to be wasted by a bloated government?

The conservatives that want equal pay, school choice for kids, a safe country and safe borders? You those conservatives of the stereotype from the media?

Funny you mention blacks and water fountains. I am sure you are aware that it was liberal southern Democrats that passed the Jim Crow laws to keep white and black separate.
I'm not saying all Conservatives are bad people. This has nothing to do with the media. This has to do with the millions of Redneck racist hillbillies that support Trump. This has to do with those Evangelical Christians, who in this case are not backing Trump very much, that are anti gay Bible bangers. The Evangelical Christians are the same group that have been discriminating against gays, blacks, Muslims or anything outside of what their Bible says.

I have no problem with Merry Christmas and I think the PC movement is going a bit far. However, if we are an all inclusive Country, you can't put only Christmas decorations up but leave other Religions out in Government facilities. I personally don't give a rats ass about this issue, but many do. So, I believe when it comes to government, we should leave any and all Religion out of it.

And when it comes to Jim Crow, do you seriously think the Southern Democrats were Liberals? You think the KKK are Liberals? The South is and has always been predominately Conservatives. Using parties like Democrat and Republican distorts the picture because they are not the same as they used to be. It's like calling Lincoln a Conservative because he was a Republican. In today's world, he would be a Liberal. In today's world, the North, the Union Soldiers would be called Liberals. It's the same today. The North, and it's big cities and fancy technology is predominately Liberal. And the South, as it has been for centuries is predominately Conservative.

It doesn't make anyone a bad person or better than anyone else. But history shows time and again, Conservatives have been on the wrong side of social issues and it continues today. Ask your Conservative "Republican" Congress why they don't support equal pay for women? I don't know, I think they still might be fighting the gay issue.

And as much as we may disagree on these issues, I appreciate that everyone has been very adult and not making anything personal. As I said, I have friends that support Trump and are Conservative, and they are good people. We just happen to disagree, mostly on social issues because I am more of a Conservative on fiscal issues.

Those millions of racist redneck hillbillies happen to be Americans deserving the same respect as all Americans do. Do you not find it ironic that you say that some discriminate against blacks or muslims or gays while at the same time you are discriminating against racist redneck hillbillies?

So you're socially liberal, but a fiscal conservative? Sounds like you're more of a Bernie Sanders supporter to me. Socialist agenda, BIG GOVERNMENT enforcing redistribution of wealth, while the deadbeats and illegals live off the government for free! THAT'S NOT what American values were built upon! Read the constitution from the standpoint of our founding fathers!

"Opportunity" FOR ALL, freedom of speech & religion, but WITH LIMITED GOVERNMENT INTERVENTION! <THAT'S the founding principle of the USA! LIVING OFF THE PUBLIC DOLE IS NOT PART OF THAT!

I don't believe that at all. I do not support the current entitlement program that we currently have. I do not support entitlements for illegal immigrants. I believe we need to reform entitlements completely because too many people are having baby after baby and collecting bigger checks..

When I say social liberal and fiscally Conservative I'm not sure how that brings up Bernie Sanders. That means I support the social Liberal agenda and support the Conservative fiscal agenda.

I think we need to secure our borders.
    We need to reform entitlements.
We need to reform our tax code so Millionaires and Billionaires pay at least as much tax as you and I.
We need to help small business to grow without giving ridiculous incentives to huge corporations like Walmart.
We need to reduce taxes on middle and low income levels and raise taxes on the millionaires and billionaires so they are paying taxes.
We need to start taxing these businesses for sending jobs overseas but help the companies that keep jobs in America.
Gay people deserve marriage like the rest of us.
Black people deserve to not be shot in back.
Our military has plenty of money, especially when I see graveyards full of equipment never used and millions of dollars wasted. Out military is bigger than the next 10 Countries combined.
You want to kill ISIS, send your kid. Im not sending mine. Everyone wants to defeat ISIS, I don't hear anyone volunteering their son to go.
We need eVerify to help stop the hiring of illegal immigrants. But to this point, you you have to compete with people that can't even speak English for a job, its time to start reevaluating what you do for work.

Trump is all about making America great "Again". I still want to know when it was so great that we need to go back to. And its clear, without paying taxes he hasn't put a dime towards our roads and bridges, our Military and Vets. He has contributed nothing towards America unless it put money in his pocket. He wants to being jobs back, yet he outsources everything he makes to Mexico and China just for profit margin. There are plenty of clothing companies making their products in America, why can't he. Why, because he is after the dollar.

We can talk about this all day. But just like McCain and Romney, Trump is going to get demolished in the election. He has no endorsements from anybody that matters. Even his VP can barely say nice things about him, except he is a genius for not paying taxes, so the rest of us are idiots because we have to pay taxes. I have yet to hear a single thing Trump would change about that except cutting even more taxes for the rich.

Trump may have paid no federal taxes; he sure did pay lots of other taxes. Hey you don't live in New York without paying taxes.

The tens of thousands of people he employed payed taxes and school loans and car loans which contributed much to society as a whole.

Why is it that when a man pays what he should pay in taxes, because he's wealthy he should always pay more; they never pay enough.

Everybody talks about fair share but no one can define it and they never mention that they're willing to do their fare share of taxes and work.

Your comment that he paid nothing for roads and bridges and military is right out of the Tim Kaine playbook from last night. By the way Trump builds roads, bridges, houses and apartment where people live but we know that is not good enough.

According to Newsweek, plenty of blue-collar workers believe that, as president, Donald Trump would be ready to fight off U.S. trade adversaries and reinvigorate the country’s manufacturing industries through his commitment to the Rust Belt. What they likely don’t know is that Trump has been stiffing American steel workers on his own construction projects for years, choosing to deprive untold millions of dollars from four key electoral swing states and instead directing it to China—the country whose trade practices have helped decimate the once-powerful industrial center of the United States.

The same applies to the Trump apparal lines manufactured in China and Bengladesh.

So much for the reversal of the balance of trade between the US and China.

If Trump paid ZERO Federal taxes, means he did not pay anything towards our Military, Roads, or educational system. That is a fact. How else does he contribute? This has nothing to to with Tim Kaine. Why does he pay zero and you and I pay 25-30%? I'm just curious how you can justify that this is fair. So the richer you are the less you pay? Really? That's the America you want to live in? If that's the America you want, you have your vote. In my opinion, the more you make, the more you pay. That's the way it works for everybody until you get to millionaires. Then they get to itemize and pay nothing. I paid less when I made 30K. Then I made 60K and paid more in tax. Now I make 100K and pay even more. Yet, he makes millions and pays nothing. How you justify that is beyond me.

I'm glad some people like when millionaires and billionaires pay little to nothing while the little guy foots the bill. Because THAT IS THE WAY IT IS. It is a fact. We all pay 25-30% taxes, but Trump and Romney pay way less. Oh I forgot, they are job creators so they shouldn't pay the same.

Do you seriously think Trump is looking out for the little guy when his tax plan is to lower the taxes on millionaires and billionaire and hope it "Trickles Down". Come on now.

Trump has not helped a single American unless it puts money in his pockets. Hell, he will even create temporary jobs to build failing Casinos to put money in his pockets.

Do you seriously think billionaire businessman are Patriotic and good people if they build shit and have to hire other people? Trump builds whatever he wants and if it fails he just doesn't pay people. You think you could hire someone to remodel your house then decide to not pay them because, "They didn't do good work"?

You are seriously defending a man that stiffed thousands of hard working people by filing bankruptcy or just deciding not to pay. Someone that takes the money of young people to go to a University then saying FUCK YOU.

All do respect Mizzle, you really lack the knowledge of how the economic system works. You work for someone, therefore you get a wage, that wage is offered understanding that certain obligations are made to the government. You file your taxes against your wage and you take deductions based on availability - Home mortgage, I'm sure you right off some things on your rental property. When you are the business owner, you have obligations to those working for you to pay a wage. If you pay out more in wages than you earn in income, you have a net loss in your income statement. Pay attention, this is basic stuff - a net income loss means that you did not earn any income and THEREFORE DO NOT OWE TAXES on zero income. If that said loss is greater than a certain amount then you can carry that loss over into following years. He lost money - plain and simple - how does he owe taxes on zero income regardless of how much he is worth. Stop with the petty misunderstandings of how owning and operating a business (I do own my own business) and understand that as long as you get a paycheck, you will pay taxes. As a business owner, I pay others, like you but don't always pay me. You make a fool of yourself spouting this nonsense. He pays property taxes, he pays payroll taxes (SSI, Medicare/Medcaid), he pays fuel taxes, he pays sales taxes, but most of all, he fronts the money for all people working under him to be able to pay their taxes. If you don't want to understand then fine - he may generates a lot of revenue for the treasury even when he has a loss on the books. Please look at the whole picture before falling for the talking points that have you blinded on this issue.

So are suggesting that for 18 years, Trump has lost money so he own no Federal income tax. So he only pays property and state tax, but not Federal because he loses money? Come on now, really?

You and I pay Federal, I haven't heard a rational explanation of why he doesn't Federal taxes, other than he lost money. Is that really your explanation?

So your words, "Pay attention, this is basic stuff - a net income loss means that you did not earn any income and THEREFORE DO NOT OWE TAXES on zero income." You are suggesting he had no income for 18 years, yet he is as rich and successful as he says?
