Incontinence at a young age?

So i'm 24 and have had problems with Kegels since a young age. Have always used them and probably my main cause for Pre E. One thing I notice though is.... When I go pee and even though I RK and feel all is gone, i'll button up my pants wash my hands and more often then not I will feel my groin area wet from a few left over droplets of urine.... This is embarrassing but I even noticed it in my underwear today and felt like crap. Does anybody know why the heck this happens? Like its not a ton of pee like a flow but it normally is always a few drops of urine after i've think ive gone fully and pulled my pants back up... Anybody know whats going on?

Kegels are often prescribed for incontinence, but abusing them can lead to the problems they were meant to prevent- along with added strain/spasms.

Practice letting yourself relax, while standing to urinate, and take your time.
If this works better for you while standing in a stall, then so be it.

Being in a hurry (triggers anxiety) and will not serve you well.

Honestly, I feel like kegels are the problem. I have a bad IK problem and I always always feel the urge to kegel after going with the flow of peeing. Its like "kegel to make sure you get the little bit thats in you out" but then i'll go button up my pants and go wash my hands and then some how I hit a IK and some droplets come out.

This seems like it may be related but, after I orgasm and normally we all get the feeling of having to urinate. I can't urinated directly after I orgasm, we will say a minute after. I literally have to RK hard and wait for a while for the urine to start come out. Is this normal?

This is not normal- it sounds like you have some from of strain.

It's possible but not always easy. If your issue is severe/chronic you'd do well to seek out a professional therapist.

A physiotherapist who does pelvic floor work can help with this and it should help your pre e as well.
