No adjustment needed for me. I don't hang. Just kind of a lump. Pants can't be too tight though as the lump is larger now. I don't hang more to either side. When I was getting fitted by a tailor they were often surprised by the lack of direction, but the overall size of the lump. One thing for you commando boys watch out as you get older as you don't want to sit on them accidently.
