Lots of water and anti histamines, especially on the night of the party. I mix water with my whiskey to help avoid this.

Yogurt is my # one best for hangover.Also here in Bulgaria we use stomatch meat soup with a lot of hot and garlic and probably a little beer.We even joke about this here "some nations get drunk with beer and some nations like us get sober with beer"

I ask this because my wife has a hard and true craving for when she over does it. A Whopper Sandwich! A Whopper sandwich is a signature hamburger made by a chain here in the states - BurgerKing. She says that all the grease helps sop up the bad things inside her and makes her feel better. So much so, that when I see that she is having a little too much fun at a party, I will ask her to slow down and say "I am not going out to get you a Whopper in the morning!"
