What Pick Up Line Worked For You - Tell The Story!

I don't do pick up lines. But what I told my ex before the first time I met up with her, was "Meet me at #%@%$ Alley at midnight, come alone". I answered no questions.

She was intimidated, when she saw a group of 30+ guys turn that corner. I felt like pirate king. Took her to my shed.

What Pick Up Line Worked For You - Tell The Story!

I chose this question from my past as I really only had one pick up "line" that worked with my current wife and partner for 30 years.

It was the second time I saw my wife, then wanna be girlfriend, in a bar. We had met briefly the week before and had casual conversations but nothing materialized out of it. It was at a local club, and I saw her there with her girlfriend. So I approached her and started a conversation. Usual mumbo jumbo, how was your day, blah,blah. Well this particular bar had a special that night on Fuzzy Navel drinks. If you ordered one, you got a little memento from the company as appreciation. It was a small round fuzzy toy with googly eyes about the size of a golf ball. My wife (wanna be girlfriend) had already ordered one and had one of these toys sitting in front of her at the bar with her drink. So we are gabbing away about nothing and having a great time when she says, "Oh, do you want a Fussy Navel, they are really good". I replied that "I would love a Fuzzy Navel!" I then proceeded to reach across her to the counter and grab the little golf ball fuzzy toy and popped it IN MY MOUTH. Gave her a strange look and then said "I don't get all the hype about these, they really don't taste that good". I then walked off. She almost pee'd her pants laughing as it was so spontaneous. I returned fairly quickly and new I had sealed my fate with this woman. That was 1987 and we are still together today happily married. So, not really a pick up line as much as a pick up move...
