I toss and turn all night just about everyday. Take a melatonin before I sleep and it helps, but not all the time.

Restless, staying up a couple hrs later helps.

I always wake up in the exact same position I fell asleep in. I feel bad for people who have a hard time getting sleep, I can fall asleep within 10 minutes at any time of the day I choose.
