Smart businesspeople need help to get them to reach their goals; however, successful business people know how to pick the right team to help them get ahead of the others.

Unfortunately, some smart business people also suffer from narcissistic egotism which does not endear them to a large portion of the public.

I was actually discussing this with some friends a couple of weeks ago -- my thought was most uber-successful businesspeople have to be a at least a little narcissistic.

They have to be quite arrogant and believe they are the absolute best -- it allows them to take the risks less arrogant people wouldn't take.

They have to lack empathy somewhat, because they often make decisions that are best for their organization, even when they are not good for others. If they were empathetic, they wouldn't be able to make these hard decisions.

They are often jealous of others. This drives them to be even more successful, even when they've attained a substantial level of success.

Trump fucked up by firing Flynn. Obama was busy trying to agitate Russia into retaliation and Flynn talked them down. That's the kind of person we need. I see Reince's grimy little pedo fingers all over this leak.

This is called being a psychopath. Not good in my opinion. For some reason we as a society have decided to honor the exact charicteristics that mass murderers made famous. We are slipping.

Hi N2B his problem at the moment is he does not have a full team, they was saying he's only got about a third of what it should be.
