Let's face it Trump has a way of putting his big foot in doodah.
My prediction is that he's either going to be the best president the US has had...or the worst. Jury's out.The name's Tamora...TVR Tamora...with a capital "T".
Lots of living to do yet unseen and a more stories yet untold!

I do not totally disagree with everything you say however this bit.
Quote .
taxes. You mean Sweden has no homeless problem with their own citizens? No poverty? No hunger? Yet the immigrants are being taken care of better then their own people.
Unquote
Actually Sweden has low homeless ,poverty and hunger . You would doubtless regard them as left leaning liberals and they have a strong social welfare system .
For that matter I have often heard people state that the US has the highest level of poverty ,homeless etc that they saw in a first world country . This was just random statements of travellers though .
It did surprise me though when a guy I knew said he had never seen such poverty as the US when he came from a pacific island with an extreamly low gdp. Hey as far as I had thought poverty there was standard . Well he said people there didn't have many electronic gagets but he had never seen homelessness or hunger there .

Are there some? Sure but we'd rather make the effort to house and feed someone from a worn torn country than take care of our own.
I see them when I go into the city; what effort is made to reach and help these people? Very little but much talk. Oh they have shelters and food kitchens but they are not afforded what a refugee gets. Garb a guy as he sleeps in the subway and tell him you're going to take him to a home where he can be a man? Nope send them to a shelter where crime is rampant but as a refugee they get homes and sponsors and lots of goodies. The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

We treat our poor very poorly
. We say it is thier fault they are poor. We take no responsibility. We let the ones who served us suffer. We let those in need suffer. All so a few can have way too much. The many can be lead on a leash to try and attain more. We don't take care of each other, nor admit what the real underlying problems are.
FDR started his chats to get us warmed up to the idea of going to war with Germany and its allies. Our people didn't want to help the Europeans and the Jews out. We don't like helping others. We just want a bigger slice of pie. This greed allows the few to control us. Sad!ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

Back in FDR's day he was being hammered by the media; now does that sound familiar? Yes it was about the war and the economy and a whole bunch of topics. The big media of his day was newspapers and they were all owned and run by Republicans. His fireside chats were a way to get around the media and go directly to the people. Sounds like an early tweet to me!

I wish this world could be all things to all people. Then what? Personally, I like to sit on my ass all day, f*ck the wife evernday, work on my tan. But then there's reality. So. If I can be that, do that, what's the drive? The need to achieve better than the rest, in career, income, love, penis gains. Isnt that the reason we all get up in the morning. Other wise, what's the point?

True Cusp, and that is part of the reason our forebears were against fighting Hitler. The Republicans were friends with Hitler. He was making them lots of money. Even Grandpa Bush. Grandpa Trump?
