One of the negatives of the missile attack is that it will encourage radicals to join the terrorist groups.

Encourage the radicals? If you are that messed up in your brain that you want to be a terrorist you need no encouragement. So if we're nice to them; they hate us and want to kill us. If we say mean things to them they hate us and want to kill us. Maybe killing more of them will discourage them.

Nah, maybe staying home and not selling things like sarin gas will discourage them.

Also from earlier I assure you insurance companies want to sell insurance across state lines. They don't want insurance regulated state by state. They want unregulated markets based on thier objectives in order to best maximize thier profit margins. They have the monopoly in that we legally are forced to buy insurance. Now they want to squeeze that into the fewest competitors possible.

Susan Rice and other former Obama administration officials are taking heat for past claims that their 2013 Syria agreement successfully led to the Assad regime purging its entire chemical weapons stockpile -- in the wake of this week's alleged sarin gas attack.

I want a investigation and actions should have not been taken at this time. I am weary to believe that Syrian government used chemicals weapon in libid. Because it is important to think about motives; why would Assad use chemicals weapon now when clearly US policy was changing in favor of him? remember a few days before this incident Trump administration have said getting rid of Assad is not their priority anymore. After this situation publicly they have made a 180 and they want assad gone. It is possible the local rebels used chemical weapon, because this incident helped their cause and get sympathy from the west.
It is also possible Assad made a mistake and whatever he planned backfired on him. He is a scum but he is not stupid, he has played and read the situation really well.Start(11/14/2016) : 7.25 BPEL , 5.5 MSEG

Local rebels do not have aircraft capable of dropping the weapon. Our military has a record of the path of the jet as well as the bomb signature.
Why use a chemical weapon? A bomb only kills a certain number; chemical weapons kill more and make the population far more fearful so just maybe they won't resist Assad's rule.
Why Assad did it? For one he's stupid; he thought he'd get away with it because he mistakenly thought we wanted him to remain in power for some kind of stability. He should be gassed as he gassed al those innocent. The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

Possibly valid, the explanation and motives you gave. Can you use mortars or something similar to deliver chemical weapons? Our government has falsely lead us to many wars, so i am very skeptical of them and their informations.
But i don't think Assad is stupid. He has played it really well. In the beginning of the civil war, he released radical rebels and al-qeada members that integrated into the uprising. Created a situation for the rise of ISIS and other terrorists groups. created a great dilemma for the world keeping him or let terrorist groups be built in mass. Six years and he is still living and creating carnage. For him that is a success, because ultimately he wants to stay in power or burn the country into the ground.Start(11/14/2016) : 7.25 BPEL , 5.5 MSEG
