back in the 90's i remember watching on the news a guy in china or japan that could pull a train car on a flat track strapped only to his unit. anyone else remember this.

I have heard about that, haha, not on the news though. I wonder if he made any gains training for such a feat.

this was old school pe gym.
first you start with your red radio flyer wagon
next your bicycle
then your bicycle with your friends on it
then you move on to motorcycles
then compact cars, i'm thinking maybe a vw bug
yeah, then up to the vw bus
what else can you fit in before a train car?goal--Contentment

I read somewhere that it requires 145kg+ to rip your junk off - can't remember where - some medical journal I believe, no idea why medical folk would want to know this, but it is interesting. Don't know if that's a impulse spike and if ur junk comes off in one go - ouch lol
But based on that if you applied 100kg with ur junk to a train car flat track e.t.c. and it overcame the wheel friction - it sure would be possible!
