Hmm...I DON"T do INTENSE exercise 10 or more hours / week (unless you add in SEX)!!!...my libido is FINE, thank you very much! LOL!

Haha, I'm not into bodybuilding I mean, I'm training with heavy- lower reps and volume, that's why my quads are far from huge, in my opinion.
Chest... useless muscles... I haven't done exercise for them since... 4 years ? But they are big from before
I don't train arms too, but weighted chin ups and military press hits them well.
But yeah, I push myself really hard and still, had no problems with my libido

This has been reported in a number of studies and is linked with endurance training.

In the study it asks if they have exercise either 10 times or 10 hr that week . The truth is many endurance athletes train waaay over that .
While I had no libido effect from training over 10hr a week I could see running 100 plus miles every week for years and the like might . Distance runners typically do this ,triathletes typically get through huge volumes of run,swim ,cycle.
