What was a favorite board game when you were a kid ?

Monopoly, Checkers, Chess, Chutes n' Ladders, Risk, Scrabble, Sorry, Backgammon, Candy Land, Chinese Checkers, Mahjong, Dominos.....

Battleship. In grade school if we couldn't go outside for recess a couple of us would play. We kept track of who we played and who won and lost every time for the whole year.

Did the same thing with Uno as well, but unfortunately card games don't count.

I'm not sure it's my favorite since my daughter and wife kick my arsse, but kinda like, "Ticket To Ride." Of course we play the USA version but there are many others.

The best part is that it brought family game time back, my son will play too when he happens to visit. My little girlie is 24, my son 26.
