Now that summer is basically here, curious what you all have in plan to make?

For Sunday night, I have chosen Vichyssoise; chilled potato/leak soup with a nice dollop of crème fraîche.
* I will make it Saturday and chill over night.

Combine it with my famous arugula/radiccio salad topped with fried pancetta, fresh pomegranate seeds, candied pecans, goat cheese and balsamic/olive oil.

A nice medium to light meal.
