Nobody's 13", or 12", or 11", for that matter, and there's no Guinness record for penis size, and the guy who claims he's in the record book and 13.5" , Jonah Falcon, is a fraud, who may be 9" at best.

I know two guys that are each atlas 11+. one is about 6, the other 8 and the base and tapers to make 5.5 - 6! This is not fake nor were their cocks
