Your genes don't encode "the big dick gene" onto your existing genetics after you have gained via PE. Your children's genes will be a combination of yours and the lady you impregnate.

Your male offspring are MORE influenced by their MATERNAL grandfather, than their own father, genetically. Check out your FATHER-IN-LAW's junk to see what your boys potential "inheritance" might be!

No, you don't pass PE gains genetically. PE gains are physical "augmentation", NOT genetically driven.

Just like if you pierce your ears, your kids don't come out with holes in their ears.
            Starting (20 JUL 2012)
            BPFSL: 7.5"
            BPEL: 6.75"
            EG: 4.75"
            Current (8/3/17)
            BPFSL: 8.7"
            BPEL: 8.1"
            MEG: 5.5"
            BEG: 5.5"

            Short Term Goal:
            8.25 BPEL
            5.75 MEG

I'm pretty sure the genes do not add (+) to each other.

Baldness in men is passed on from your mothers father. So if he is balding, chances are that you will be as well. I think that this is what Jock is alluding to.
