Try this out for a week and see if your life doesn't get a little better. Delete all your social media apps, unless you need them for work... I haven't been on facebook in years but my problem is Instagram. I use twitter for work and it's not really a problem. Just follow some stock guys on there and what not. But INSTAGRAM!! FUCK ME I can't stand looking at everyone else's life and all the beautiful people constantly posting pictures of nice cars, fun times at the club and what not. I deleted Instagram a couple days ago and holy shit my anxiety and depression is much less than before. Doesn't help when your ex is on there too and u still got feelings n shit seeing their posts with other people. SOCIAL MEDIA IS THE DEVIL IN A WHITE ROBE!
