  • Diharrea from Edging Without Ejaculation

    Hello there,

    I am trying to follow a routine of daily edging and plateauing without ejaculating for a whole week and then ejaculating only once a week. I am not in a relationship right now and I am not dating either, so I don't have a girl to shoot my load into. This is actually my first whole week streak of intense edging without ejaculating and it gives me a great sex drive, energy, and good mood. However another, more negative side effects are that I get a bit anxious, diarrhea, internal cold with slight shivering, and complete loss of appetite. It has happened to me before as well whenever I reach a streak of 3 or 4 days of edging without ejaculation. It is always the same pattern. I am thinking that maybe it has to do with the sympathetic nervous system. Has this happened to any of you? I love the high libido, but diarrhea is a high price to pay. And if I pass gas, you better don't be in a 1 mile radius. It's bad.

    Very interesting post. I have not encountered that whatsoever. In fact, it' been 7 days for me of edging and no fap and I haven't experienced any of what you have mentioned. Surely there is something else behind your symptoms. Interesting indeed....

      Have never gotten diarrhea from PE. I would look more at your diet. Don't know your age, but do you cook from scratch, have a balanced diet (vegetables, fruits, etc), take a multivitamin? Or are you a fast food, processed food sort of guy? If relying on others to cook for you, you always run the risk of catching a bug from improper handling of food.

      Lots of nofap guys here without issues. Many PE'ers follow the hold your ejaculate strategy. So I'm not seeing a connection at this point.

        I am 29. I eat pretty healthy food, cooked from scratch with a balanced diet including vegetables and meat. No vitamin supplements though. I am slim and pretty healthy. I should mention that when I get this diarrhea I don't feel any stomach pain. It's more like an anxiety and a strange sensation in the stomach, like when you get nervous from an exam or something except there is nothing that I can think of that I should feel nervous for. I suspect that due to the anxiety from accumulated sexual energy my body goes into fight or flight mode, not digesting the food very well. That's why I said that probably it has something to do with the sympathetic nervous system. Right now as I write this I am shivering a little, but I don't even feel cold. It is weird.

          OK, I can relate to that a little more. This is a sad but true story that I'm not proud of. I remember when I first got my laptop and could watch porn for the first time; for the first month of it I would get knots in my stomach from the anxiety/anticipation. My mouth would water like it does when you know your about to puke and I could feel my stomach drop and had similar symptoms as you described. I wish that had been enough to deter me from engaging in those activities but like a stupid fool I pressed onwards and eventually became desensitized to those feelings. For me those feelings were a way that my body was telling me that what I was doing was wrong but for you it may be different.

            UB you can relate to it? for me I cant still see why unless this guy lives on his nerves, and we all know what nerves can do to our bowels.

            But on the whole PE is good for us in most forms.

              Yeah it was my nerves. I was doing something that I knew was wrong and it caused me to feel sick. Unfortuately i disrgarded it all and kept on until I became numb. (Referencing porn not edgng or fapping).

                  I don't consider myself as a nervous, edgy person normally. However, I do get pretty anxious when doing edging. I also become much more extroverted, bold, and sexually aggressive (not in a bad way) just more sexual. But if I am not engaged in these sort of activities I start to get very anxious. I kind of enjoy feeling like that because girls react very positively when I get that way. It comes out in my whole body language and the way I talk. I am not like that normally.

                  Now I have never been doing edging without ejaculating for consecutive weeks. In the past, I've done it on random weeks out of the blue, so maybe it is just that my body is not used to all the sudden soup of chemicals bombarding my brain. Perhaps if I continue doing it more consistently my body will get more desensitized as it happened to Ultimate Burrito with the porn. I will see what happens in the following weeks and I will post an update to let you guys know. It's just weird that it doesn't seem to happen to others here.

                    I Edge frequently without ejaculation & sometimes my bad diet at times causes constipation. I'm not shy to give myself a fleet enema to get the poop moving.. ROTFL ( gotta leave them Cheese steaks alone ) E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES BABY. YESSIR YESSIR YESSIR 😎😎😎

                    I also find doing a consistent regemin of cardio helps keep everything 100% , along with Kegels RK's & Hindi Squats.

                    The most I go without ejaculation is 5 days of stamina training but do release with the Wife.

                      Lol, you went hard on the Superbowl BBQ, didn't you?. Let me ask you since you do edging without ejac, how often do you do edging? I started to take the edging training seriously only recently so I am still trying to find the right frequency of "workout" (jeje) When I started last week, my sex drive was over the roof but this second week I feel my sex drive a bit low. Maybe I've been overworking my penis. Today, for example, I could get a strong hard on pretty easily through gentle hand stimulation and maintain it for a while, but I was not mentally stimulated. I found it hard to think of anything that would turn me on, so I wasn't able to approach edge because I just got bored after a while, and my penis too. So what frequency works for you now, or when you started doing edging regularly?

                      Sorry if I am sidelining the thread topic but since you touched on this point I just wanted to ask this. Maybe this could be causing the indigestion issue too.

                        You know I threw down hard with the good Grub for the super bowl. I'm from Philadelphia so that was a helluva night.

                        As to Edging without Ejaculation or ( Semen Retention ) , it took some getting used to with doing that after my PE Training.

                        I hit the gym up 4-5 x a week & that helps tremendously keeping everything on point , especially the Cardio Workouts. I personally Practice Semen Retention 5 days and release with the Wife on weekends.

                        I also have some good Supplements that I am always using. My Penis Health Supplements & gym Supplements which also help with my Body feeling normal with Semen Retention. A lot of guys have their personal opinion about Edging with visual but I pretty much believe semen Retention keeps your EQ 100% , whether you Edge using your imagination or Visual videos.

                          Forgot to mention , Kegels , Reverse Kegels & Hindi Squats play an important role in Edging or Ballooning & Penis health. You cannot leave those out.

                            I will eventually incorporate kegel exercise routine and the hindi squats in the future. For now I am just trying to get used to the edging and plateauing and see if the stomach issue fades away after a while. I also need to start working out. I've been away from the irons for some time. Thank you for the tips. Regarding the "with or without porn" subject while plateauing, I am trying to stay away from porn so I am doing my best to just use imagination, although it is challenging. It's like I am used to get much more visual stimulation. Hopefully I can readdapt my brain again to good ol' mental fantasy.
