  • Dont stretch your balls if you dont want a disease

    Im pissed off I got fooled into stretching my balls. I dont want a disease where my balls hang and flap around so much I have to wear a ball stretcher or risk getting testicular torsion or sitting on my balls without it. Such shameful to have to wear a leather brace around my balls all the time, how do I explain that to colleagues etc. Saying something like ”Oh this leather brace is making my balls more healthy but I have extended then so much that I have to wear it for the rest of my life, But you should also start stretching your balls so you can be as healthy as me” is just not an option bc it is not true.

    Im using bio oil every day and kinesio taping my balls up into the turtled position to try and make the skin shrink back but I think had I gone on for more than a few weeks the damage had been irreversible might even be as it is now.

    Going by previous posts and adding this one in I can see you have not dealt with your anxiety as you were advised to.

      Ball stretching may very well result in immediate problems if performed too aggressively, and later issues when natural aging causes the scrotum to stretch even further.

          Hi P have you thought of seeing a plastic surgeon, as I would have thought there could be away of reversing it with some kind of cut out and stitch back up all the way round, may sound a bit out there but all you have to do is ask, and save all your embarrassment.

          Now this is only a thought, but could be looked into, just takes a phone call with a surgeon.

            Thanks I will have to do that, I think there should be more clear warnings against ball stretching. Maybe adopt a forum policy where advocating ball stretching isnt encouraged some people will be hurt.

              Please STOP letting your anxiety, your addiction to PORN, your hypochondria, your OCD, and your depression TOTALLY dictate your entire life. You don't need your ball-sac shrunk...you need your HEAD (the one between your shoulders) SHRUNK! See a psychologist or a psychiatrist, NOT a surgeon. ASAP!...just sayin'...

                      I am very confused? Most people that recommend ball stretching do so as part of a general genital health plan. More like light stretching, jelqing, and massage.
                      If you are really concerned you should see a doctor and find out if your balls are actually in greater risk of injury.

                      Or you could where tight briefs to keep them from hanging instead of kineseo tape.

                      Strengthening the muscles by exposing your testes to cold water/weather(not in public!) should also help them stay in place.

                        There's the healthy practice of testicular massage and the fetish practice of intensely stretching the testes and scrotum. The latter is done more for show or (in extreme cases) for masochistic purposes.

                          I did some ball stretching because my balls were super tight .
                          My experience is similar to what others report and that is it takes time and effort to make a modest change .

                            Well here is my story in short: bought a pack of ball stretchers of ebay highly motivated and under the impression ball stretching was the end all be all cure of turtling. I started with a .5” stretcher wore it all the time except sleep for a week. It was super tight and uncomfortable but I powered through. After one week made the junp to a 1.2” stretcher and wore that all the tine for I dont know how many weeks but probably a good month and a half or so. Now I feel my balls hang too low and I dont like it I feel they might twist up and my ballsac looks like an old mans. I would hope it was all psychological and nonchange happened to my balls but I went from .5” being super tight to easily fitting the 1.2” stretcher :/

                              With ANY form of training- erring on the side of caution as regards intensity and volume is best. You certainly went overboard, but to blame the practice itself instead of your error isn't responsible.
