    Well it seems my PI's are talking to me & letting me know it's time for a hiatus from PE , Jelqing , Edging Ballooning , Penis Stretching & yes even Kegels with Reverse Kegels

    I'm going to go ahead and do NoFap for the next couple of months & just have intercourse with the Mrs. My EQ is getting hit. The erections are there but I'm noticing a slippery slope with my EQ. Even with edging without Ejaculation I'm still noticing it.

    My Wife made a comment about it & she's right. Time for a break from PE

    Just never thought I'd even be entertaining the thought of trying NoFap. In my 3 year's of PE & all my advocating Edging Ballooning without Ejaculation.

    ROTFL 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣

    I'm gonna try this NoFap & just focus on intercourse with the Mrs when the occasion arrives.

    Let's say 3 months and report back on it.


    Well in the meantime I will be on Hiatus from PE 😑

    LOL , got a PM from a member who challenged me to 5 months of NoFap. Hey let's go , my situation is different I said. I'm married so when I feel froggy I jump inside something. 😂🤣 & it's not a Fleshlight.

    Nevertheless a challenge is a challenge. So I'm going to try 5 months of NoFap & focus only on sexual intercourse with the Mrs.

        If you can get enough regular, vigorous sexual activity you may likely come out the better for it!

          Hey THX for the encouragement and support Big AL , like I said before.
          It never actually was my plan to try NoFap but it seems as if my PI's are giving me a lot of diminishing returns & my PE sessions aren't great the past three weeks. Maybe it's because my Wife got sick & my mind was jacked up going a mile per minutes. She's better now , but I need to chill with PE for a bit.

          Not going to stop PE long-term but need a good break & NoFap seems my best option.

            What you plan is different from what some would consider "NoFap" as regards to ejaculation- since you plan on still engaging in sexual contact.

              Yes , I've actually read that one already & know true NoFap is no stimulation whatsoever or ejaculation.

              My goals are for my PI's to come back strong for PE training. The sex life with the Wife is 2-3 time's a week , so not worrying about penis health or atrophy in that sense. To me it's all about EQ EQ EQ.

              Sometimes we get so caught up in PE & choose to ignore our PI's which can be disastrous.

              Plus my Wife wants my full ( 8 - 5.75 ) & is becoming a bit irony that she isn't getting it.

                Do everyone a favor and log your break. I think it is an important part of PE. But few people keep track of it. Lot's of guys take time to log their daily PE work, but when the break comes they just take time off and don't keep track.
                I did it last year and I found it to be illuminating.

                  Yessir , most definitely will. Usually it takes a good week & my PI,s are back on point. Truth be told I've been abusive with the PE & not listening to my PI's.

                  That's my reasoning for an extended break from PE.
                  Especially with the Edging & Ballooning without Ejaculation. That's quite addictive within itself & being sexually active was just always working my unit overtime.

                  More than likely this is why my EQ is getting hit but NoFap & the PE break is going to put everything back at 💯. Of course I know it's not true NoFap , reason being I'm still going to be sexually active.

                  Thought about it & will continue with my Kegels , reverse Kegels & Hindi Squat routine. Probably best I don't stop those.

                        Cessation of ALL activity for long enough will contribute to a detraining effect.
