Weight training is only 1 method of natural test increase there are over 100 . The start point should be sleep and stress then look at nutrition , exercise etc.

i don't know what else to do pituitary gland might be the cause as they are " normal sized" about 2" long and 1.4"width x1.4" depth

my shoulder snapped and popped... it hurt pretty bad pain subsided currentl

that is not the worst thing a 18 wheeler almost ran me over they made a left turn infront on me and I was just barely able to stop I was going 55mph (just 5 above the posted limit)..
it would have slipped under the trailer of the 18wheeler(tbone) the other person ran a stop sign...(even though they did stop you still have to make sure traffic is clear before going)
IT was bad as there was another car tailgating me... it seemed as if I was trapped into crashing into it.Last edited by Thick_Unit; 10-16-2019 at 01:18 PM.

You've survived the injury but you may have torn something. Allowing it to attempt to heal if there's something torn can cause a restriction in mobility/more pain down the line.
