Hard to say, either he's a super lucky dude or those inches are wrong. They do look small but it's hard to tell on a photo. He looks big but I would have guessed 8" so not sure. Why is it important for you to know? Prob drive yourself mad looking at other guys cocks.

Look at the measure on top, look at the 6" mark, and to what it corresponds to on the ruler. 6" is about 15 cm, which seems to be accurate (So the measure on top is accurate). But overall I guess I see your point though, it really doesn't look 9.5". The guy who has that dick claims to be 6'8 though, so his frame, hands and everything is just huge as fuck.

Just curious, it looks fake to me. Those "inches look to be about 0.75". 0.75 times 9.5 = 7.125. And that seems more accurate.

I find it weird that the lights' reflections on the tape don't line up with the ones on the sink top and the cock. I can otherwise detect no signs of photoshopping, and the ELA analysis looks to me rather inconclusive. BTW the actual tape model, not the one pictured in OP, is really very wide with the inches looking small as a result. Still I have a gut feeling that something's wrong with this pic.

I can't post a more detailed pic on this forum, but can submit it to any digital forensics site and play around with the settings yourself.

Here’s Mandingo measured by a water bottle. 16.9oz bottles are 8 inches in length. The bottle is sat on his thigh which would give him extra length over the bottle. If the bottle was placed on top of his shaft it would reach the start of his glands might even pass it by a bit. The majority of penile glands are 1-1.5 inches. At that point do the math
