So this thread has gone quiet after the FDA approval of the Vaccine. And, all the sudden the media and the Democrats are on board. Operation Warp Speed worked and no mention of Trump’s initiative. So petty. Let’s look back four years....Hillary had the election locked up...not.
allwe heard from the Pelosi gang of fools was Russian involvement and impeachment. You can’t possibly tell me if Trump had won, Biden wouldn’t be challenging the result like was done with Trump four years ago. So hypocritical. Makes me sick.

So they rush to get a drug created that they want to administer to nearly everyone, actually calling it, "Operation Warp Speed", and then they expect me just to willingly put it in my body.

I will tell you that if Trump had won by almost 8 million votes and by 74 electoral votes, the Democrats would have graciously conceded without having to also loose 50 court cases, many presided over by judges appointed by their own party’s President, because they couldn’t present any credible evidence of voter fraud. Did I mention the recounts in the battleground states that actually increased the winner’s margin?

The vaccine has been and will be undergoing testing with plenty of people getting it before it's offered to any of us. However, my concern is in the long-term effects and not having enough time to understand them. I have no objections to people being allowed to take the vaccine. I have no concerns about there being anything sinister behind it. I have no doubt that the manufacturers are trying to make an effective and safe vaccine. But when they're absolved of culpability for potential harm done, it most definitely gives me pause.

My wife will be receiving the vaccine as soon as it's available to her and she asked me what it would take for me to be comfortable with it. I said maybe a year or so of monitoring for long-term effects. A year is rather arbitrary, I know. Maybe it's fine for a year but in 3 years or 5 years some negative effects start to surface. What I finally said was that I'd wait as long as necessary. That could mean that I'll give in because my travel is restricted or some other restrictions aren't allowing me to function as desired without it sooner rather than later. Or for health reasons or whatever. But until I've seen whether it causes long-term harm to the body, I won't be comfortable with it no matter how many people take it right now and remain standing.

Because the Corona vaccine is new and hasn’t been around long enough to ensure there are no long term issues or side effects. Many people want the other guy to test the results before they agree to the vaccination. I believe the polio accent took a while before general

I think it was rushed by not adhering to all the red tape that goes along with any product. Very smart people did the work and I would bet they did it all correctly. For the first time in these lab guys career they got to work on a problem with no worry about funding or waiting for some government agency to jerk around for 6 months before approval is given to to the next step. No this vaccine will be safe.
