Doing Keto I limit my sugar so I opt for dark chocolate at 90% cacao or more and little sugar. It taste great although a bit bitter until you get use to it. The benefits are many. High in fiber and antioxidants and one of its primary benefits of Theobromine revolve around its vasodilator effect. It has a stimulant effect somewhat like coffee but coffee is actually a vasoconstrictor, so I often split the difference and have cacao powder in my coffee. Nothing like a dark chocolate mousse. Cacao has also been connected to increasing ejaculate.
