More seriously, I went on the vaccutech website yesterday and found out that they had pumps for tits enlargement... Considering that this brand is more than serious...

Hm, anyone in the know, please say... I was wondering, why implants? Why don't surgeons just lipo some fat off other parts of the body, and re-inject it into the breasts? Implants are okay if you need them (masectomy and such), but otherwise... fake breasts suck. They ruin perfectly good A-cups.
