Brooklyns Finest is basically Don Cheadle as a cop deep undercover with gangster Wesley Snipes, Ethan Hawke is a cop out of control robbing dealers, and Richard Gere is in his last week on the job. Their stories all come to the same place on the same night. Its pretty good, made by the same guys as Training Day, but not quite as good. I think Training Day is one of the best films this century so far, Denzil Washington is incredible.

Well lets not jump to conclusions. Eyes Wide Shut was definitely not his best.

A few more that are worthy of watching are "Whats Eating Gilbert Grape" starring Leonardo Dicaprio and Johnny Depp. Starring Mark Wahlberg is "The Basketball Diaries" and "Mask" with Cher not the Mask with that buffoon Jim Carey.

Star Wars, Indiana Jones and Back to the Future are the three greatest trilogies ever made! Godfather and Lord of the Rings were alright too.

    The Green Mile
    Shawshank Redemption
The Boondock Saints 1 and 2
    The Shining
    No Country for Old Men
Indiana Jones Trilogy (that last one was a little far fetched)
    Austin Powers
My Fair Lady (seriously, I think it's a great movie. Plus Audry Hepburn is a very beautiful women)

Like Phallic, there are two movies I haven't seen. Avatar. The other ET.

Netflix got me with that one as well. I posted this on facebook "Just finished Zombie Strippers featuring Jenna Jameson after three days. Thank you Netflix for this atrocity." Anyways I got on netflix and am finding my favorites cause off the top of the head it is hard. By the way Netflix's watch it now is an awesome way to see movies you might not ever have found otherwise.

Surreal: In The Electric Mist, Bad Lieutenant, The Killer Inside Me, A Clockwork Orange, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The Imaginarium of Dr Parnasus, Pans Labyrinth
Foreign: Ip Man, The War Lords, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series
Drama: Apocalypse Now, Salton Sea, Mystic River, Brick
    Monty Python....enough said
Please don't hate on my hasty categories I am not a film critic.
Finally any film directed or staring Clint Eastwood is worth a look even if its not the best it will definitely entertain. Darren Aronofsky films are in the same category although PI and Requiem for a Dream aren't for everyone. His latest Black Swan is "beautifully disturbing", look for this to take home a bankroll of awards.
