Keep your word
If you say you are going to do something. follow through.
Its hard to respect someone who's word means nothing.

TThe handshake post got me! I have never had someone try an upside down handshake. I would laugh at the person who tired it. You would not get far around here doing that.
Also due to an arm injury my palm faces upwards slightly when i shake hands. I never felt this put me in a submissive position. Actually i feel the exact opposite. To me it is a battle scar from supporting my family and i am proud of my limited disability. That was good advice anyways.

Being a man has nothing to do with shaking hands. It has nothing to do with how you dress or your table manners. Well sort of it does....
Being a man is giving respect to people that demand and deserve respect. Not treating some punk ass kid like an equal. It is demanding respect by being true to your word. This means when you work you do the job. You work hard. I have always said an honest day work for an honest day pay.
Being a man is taking responsibility. Its being a single dad of 3 because mom would rather party. It is sacrificing being single and being a player. It is not getting laid because your busy being dad.
Maybe Im way off on what a man is but where Im from a man is only as good as his word.

I don't get why women tend to get offended when I say some generalised things. Like "What do you mean you don't know cooking? You're a woman." Or "Come on, you should know about raising babies."
If a woman told me "You should know about fixing things! You're a man, you testosterone filled nut scratching bastard" ... I would gladly do a fixing degree.

Because they like to think they're one of a kind and very different from any other women which of course for the most part isn't true. I would say my tip for being a man is find out what makes 'you' feel like a man and fuck what everyone else says cause most people don't know shit.

Women are just like men; they want to be thought of individuals which they are. If a man has to find out what makes "him", implying indiviuality, a man, why are not women afforded the same luxury!
The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!
