When possible, if you are parking the car try to park so there is no car next to the passenger door where she is seated. I wouldn't be sappy enough to go and open the door for her but it makes it easier for them to get out.

If you see a car stranded on the side of the road, stop and see if they are in need of anything. If you end up late to your destination odds are you were going to be late anyhow and you just may really end up helping some one in need.
