Mine's been floppin' & bulging in my jeans visibly since I was a teen, so you just get used to it. Guys, Girls, Gays, even my own mother made comments to me about it, but there's little you can do if you're a born "shower". Just wear Him proudly, and let others speculate! I've always been more of a shower. Granted before PE I had a large flaccid by normal standards and was somewhat visible, less so when I was heavy. Now after PE, my flaccid is larger than ~70% of guys erect size and I've got large, roughly Grade A Large Egg sized balls and it makes my bulge more niticeable.

My standard work attire is basically golf shorts or golf pants and I always have a visible dick print to the right.
