    Can someone explain what a REVERSE KEGEL is?

    How does it work, and what's the benefit? How's it related (or not) to a regular kegel? Does it help with length, girth, or both?

    How do you do it, and is this an exercise for advanced PE'ers only, or can beginners also perform it? Should these be done in conjunction with other exercises or stand alone?

    All you are doing is pusing your PC muscle out. It's like farting. I'm not sure that it would help with the size of your penis directly. But you can fell it really stretch that muscle whenever you do it. You can really feel the workout when you incorporate kegels with it too.

    6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)
    10/22/09: BPEL = 6.2"; EG = 5.1" (began serious pe)
    12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)
    6/23/10: BPEL = 6.7" (+.2); EG = 5.5" (+.1)

    So how to combinate reverse and standard...I mean I read here that for begginer is good to start with 50 keggles every other day,so how many reversed keggles I have to do,and when according to standard?Thanks

    If you have no premature issues or other problems reverse can make up 30% to 50% of your kegels. They can be done as part of your kegel workout. As a beginer you can do 10 kegels per set then 10 reverse until you get to your desired number . Later if you do one kegel then 1 reverse until desired number.

    Ok I got it,so then is better to do 20 - 40 keggles and also reversed then many sets and reppettition?

    So basicly I got you...but can I made some girth gains with keggles?I know that with that comes stamina,sexual desire etc..but what is with reverse keggles? I would try like you said...I see that there is nothing wrong with 20 keggles with 2 sec holds...But I will try like you said...10 keggles and 10 reverse...or 1 keggle then 1 reverse...And yea how long I have to hold reverse keggles,and should I stay erecet or flaccid...I see that doing keggles while erect is much better...but I dont know how reverse functioning?
