And more to Hanma's point, there's a lot of truth to that. The game has always been rigged BUT so many have been brainwashed so well, they actually think they can thrive in that sort of setup. There is a huge glass ceiling that EVERYONE is subject to and it's only been in the last 8 years has it really been exposed. Personally I would rather see a drone flying around than a police helicopter. Besides it's cheaper and it looks really cool. Trust me if the government or the police want to spy on you or get you in any way they can do it far more easily than using a drone. To develope a set of guidelines for their use in case it's needed for some type of emergency isn't all that bad. I have a freind who is an air traffic controller and the amount of stuff he needs to keep track of in the sky is amazing. I don't know how he does it. Having some rules on airspace in case they are needed isn't necessarily an invasion of my freedom.

It's the intention behind it that's concerning and evil. Obama signed NDAA, even when his administration included the detainment of US citizens without trial or proof. What does he say? "Oh guiz I'll make sure not to use it huurr durr" (Added huurr durr to highlight is retardedness).
Who is to say he won't use it? He allowed it. It's always the intention that matters. And say he doesn't use it, but this allows any future nut case to use it.

Same with SOPA, ACTA, TPP. It's the intention. They'll make it look like it's to stop piracy, improve negotiations, all that lies politics usually come up with, while they hide their real intentions. You know about SOPA and ACTA, it will encourage ISP providers to spy on you and allow corporations to sue websites to death. TPP is much worse.

It's the same thing with the drones. Gathering up people like cattle. Who is to say they won't use it on protesters? There are seriously demented people who hold power, sadly, and they will misuse it.

These acts my come in a guise as protectors of our freedom or holding our best interests at heart, but by judging these very people's past actions and corrupted histories, you should be very cautious and somewhat cynical.
