Sex and PE

Will it hinder my results at all if I have sex before or after doing PE. If so, would you recommend doing the PE before or after, or never during the same day. How long before or after sex should I do PE?

dont know either but I am pretty sure that sex and ejaculating hind gains.It is true...

I'm not particularly sure of the science behind it (I don't know of the science behind why our penises enlarge through manual exercises for that matter), but this is what I have found for myself and what the PE survey results ended up showing. That's not to say you WON'T gain if you ejaculate, but you won't gain as well if you were to not ejaculate. Also I'd like to say that masturbation didn't have an effect, but ejaculation does. I can only assume it's a blood flow thing or perhaps the penis retracts some after ejaculation... I'm really not sure.

Ya know what? Have sex as often as you can, whenever you can. PE will always be there. But, you never know about the sex. JMO.
