I began a real kegel routine last week and I noticed a decent improvement today in force. I would not brag about them, but definitely a good volume at a modest distance.

I think it's just slow and steady wins the race. Don't drink a gallon of water and kegel for 30 minutes and expect a ton of cum right away.

if you masterbate or have sex almost daily it wont shoot far but if it has been a number of days that is when it builds up and really shoots like a canon

This is if your PC muscle is strong. I increased my load volume much more quickly than my PC muscle and I almost instantly became a dribbler.

Basically. PC Strength = Volume * Distance

If you increase volume without increasing PC strength your distance will suffer.
