It stands to reason that they will try everything possible to make the guy look as big as possible. So no doubt that, in professional porn(? - whatever the opposite to amateur is ) certain camera angles and tricks of perspective are used. That means, if guys are made to look bigger than they are, then obviously they are smaller than they look (I know, brilliant deduction). So if a guy LOOKS 8", he'll be at least a littler smaller than that.

And yes, eiffel is right... there are a lot of fakes out there and they're being used more and more.
