The best way to determine a pornstars penis size is by the girls hand in the scene. The average hand size for a woman is 2.91 inches in width so when they are holding it just go from there and you can get an estimate of its length. As far as determining girth it would be difficult to get an idea of that from eyeballing the hand because of the way they hold the penis. They don't full on grip it, they hold it lightly or at the base with a couple of fingers. That helps give it a bigger look as well. Some guys are just very girthy, you can tell from penetration but that is not always a good size reference considering the many factors, examples being body and hip/butt size of the female performer.

Yes you can tell from the hand size a alot of the time. Its not exact but most of the female talent have small hands so you can infer a bit about girth too.
