Computer problems again

Last night and this morning everything was fine. Later came back to this site and some of the avatars wouldn't show. In the what's new section, only two what new post showed up. So I close out site. Go to homepage for browser. I have Comcast. Then I log out and restart computer. I go back to Comcast homepage and the search bar does not display. Come back here still same thing. I've run virus scans and still nothing. Maybe I shouldn't own a computer, but seriously. If anyone could point me to where I need to go with this issue it would be appreciated.

Try clearing your cache.

Also, try a different browser.

Thank you but I got it taken care of. Had to update internet explorer. That did the trick.
