Now to I put all that stuff in a bowl and mix it? And then do I grill it or fry it?

Hmmm, that's a difficult question to answer. I start with the twisted tea and beer, so I can't remember how the rest of the recipe goes after that.

Besides being a burger freak,,,,,I'd normally kill for an eye round roast beef. It's a tough cut but it's gotta be one of the tastier cuts as well. This is the ABSOLUTE BEST recipe I've ever found for cooking it. Of course add seasoning as you like it,,,,I like Emerils seasoning. Take my word for it,,,,you won't be sorry. :-)

another tip: If you have a BJ'S club nearby, you can get meat in the plastic vacuum sealed area and it's a hell of alot cheaper. You may spend $6 a pound for a 2 pound roast, but you can get a 5-6lb roast for about $22. Do the math I don't have a calc handy. They will cut it for FREE if you desire too! I like BJ'S meat better than Sams by the way. :-)
