I don't think we have a thread on buying and selling stocks, but i assume that some of you guys own some part of some company somewhere.
i just dumped $500 into an etrade account to play with.
yes, i understand it's very tough to even make some sort of money in the markets, but i'm not worried about losing $500. my close buddy just dumped $20k into his, but he's a college dropout that's an established businessman.
Let's discuss, what are some stocks in your portfolio? and good picks?

I'm just beginning to learn about the stock market with the help of a Peter Lynch book, but I am not yet ready to make investments myself. It's fascinating to me how he categorizes all stocks into six potential categories, although some stocks inevitably fit the characteristics of more than one of his categories.
Hope you find that elusive tenbagger!I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

I use to day trade commodities S&P e-mini made it a year and getting the hang of it then the divorce happened so I dumped my account. But looking at getting back into the markets again, this time will be forex markets. I don't know if the stock market is what you want to try to day trade unless the rules have changed going short. It use to be the up-tick rule to short the market which could prevent you from catching any reversals in the market. Would you consider yourself a technical or fundamental trader? What market indicators are you considering using for your decisions?

I just started with this since I bought tablet PC and I'm carring it around me all the time and studying. A few people that I know said they know a few guys who run their entire businesses on tablet which made me think for a while.... I'm online most of my time when I'm awake (if there's nothing else to do), I'm pretty good with technology and know companies and they said it could be a good starting point. They recommended some books (economy and it's relation to other branches of human activities, even some geopolitics) which should help me getting some insight into it. Later we will discuss business more serious and take notes, basically, a simulation to see will it work, and after that the real thing. They will if needed give me some starting money, but everything bigger goes under contract which is fair.
Start: BPEL: 17,5 cm | EG: ~15 cm
Current: BPEL: 19 cm | EG: ~15 cm
Goal: BPEL: 22-23 cm | EG: 17-18cm with big glans.
Goal is more of a look issue than a number issue. I prefer girth over length. And hopefully girls will to...
