    Since starting on me PE journey, I've recently added a daily multi-vitamin back into my diet. This is something that I ignorantly neglected for a number of years. I've done a lot of reading in my spare time, as well as some conversation with kingpole, and I've discovered that there are so many more supplements that the body needs other than what is available in a multi-vitamin. Omega-3 fatty acids, amino acids, herbal supplements, etc. It's so expensive and time consuming to look for them all seperately. Is there not a multi-supplement pill that will give me the Omega-3's, the amino acids, Ginkgo Biloba, L-arginine, Ginseng, and all the other herbs and supplements that I need without having to search for them and take them all seperately? I feel like I'm taking a ton of pills here.

    There is. However I prefer to eat the right food that contains these elements. For example goji berries. And keep supplementation for more crucial needs such as testosterone enhancing etc.

    There is? I haven't been able to find anything.

    What, other than I'm assuming Ginkgo Biloba, are you taking for testosterone?

    There's those multi-packs that some companies make, but it's still a handful of pills. Truth is that if you wanna supplement, taking several pills a day is just the name of the game. Some pills you need to take more than once a day (as in Omega-3's) with a meal, others you're better taking on an empty stomach (BCAA's and other aminos), others you take right after the gym (creatine, L-Tyrosine), others bring great benefit when taken right before bed on an empty stomach (Zinc-Magnesium-B6 complex for overnight recovery)....it's just how it is, man. What I've done is to just reduce it to the basics: Mutli-Vitamin, CoQ10 and Omega-3 with breakfast, Omega-3's with my other meals, creatine with my post-workout shake and some ZMA before bed. Other than that, I just try to eat as well as possible and keep myself properly hydrated. Oh!...can't forget the couple of cups of good 'ole Green Tea throughout the day. That's all, folks.
