I find it out to get to sleep at night...so I make my self tired by wacking off a few times....is this bad???

Probably not the best idea, try going for a run or something to tire yourself out. Wacking off to make you tired only causes a dependance on itStarting Point: September 2010: 6.5" x 5"

Does it help? It makes me tired initially, but if I don't fall asleep immediately afterwards, I usually end up wide awake and have trouble falling asleep.
For me, consistent bed times and a consistent workout schedule help me get to sleep (even on non-workout nights). It also helps to stay off the computer right before bed and opt for a book and a warm reading light instead.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.
