Do you measure larger after an edging session?

Assuming no PE has ever been done but you just so happen to edge, can you ever measure larger than your usual size if you measured at the end of the edging? In other words, does edging make your penis bigger than it actually is?

Not really. It's not like pumping or clamping, where you're expanding past your penis's normal engorgement ability. I bold the word 'ability' because a normal erection often won't be at it's full capacity. When you edge, you're hitting that full capacity. The water balloon is full.
