If you feel this would help recovery go ahead. It certainly wouldn't hurt.

Post workout meals, are used by athletes who have made inroads, into body reserves of energy and protein. This involves training muscles far larger, than the pc and burning more energy. I wouldn't think ,it would have much effect in pe training.
But why not try it ,if you think it will help?
