PE is tough. It hurts, its time consuming and often it doesnt pay off.

          PE is 85% psychological.

Depending on the right attitude, you'll be able to make your erections harder. The brain controls erections, it shouldnt be the other way around.
          Starting stats: October 15th, 2008 - NBPEL: 6.25' EG: 5.00'

          Current stats October 15th, 2009 - (100% erection) NBPEL: 7.20' EG: 5.375'

Goal: NBPEL: 8' EG: 6' (objective: girth)

abc are you consistent ? You need to be 100% disciplined and refuse to miss a session to see gains. If you have been consistent then you need a completely different routine. Copy a routine from someone showing results and do a 4 week experiment and remeasure. Good luck

b123, I'm going to read over your log. This is probably a good time for you to take a longer break, possibly 2-3 weeks, and review TECHNIQUE. Consistency and patience mean squat if your technique is horrible.
