PE is tough. It hurts, its time consuming and often it doesnt pay off.
PE is 85% psychological.

abc are you consistent ? You need to be 100% disciplined and refuse to miss a session to see gains. If you have been consistent then you need a completely different routine. Copy a routine from someone showing results and do a 4 week experiment and remeasure. Good luckStarting stats JULY 1st ,2009
