I'm new to these forums, however, I have been reading for quite some time. In the proof section tab, it has the survey results for how long it took for the first inch. It says the average is three months. This doesn't seem to match up with the generalizations I have picked up on gaining. So, I ask how long did it take for you to get your first inch. I'm currently starting at 7 x 5, non bone pressed, hoping to get that 8.5 by Janurary. Started in mid-july.

You could achieve that if you are dedicated, focused, and pay attention to your PIs.
Then again you may not be a quick grower.

Thanks brother, appreciate the warm hello. I must admit, I have been inconsistently doing it for a year, tsk tsk, I know. Sad thing, is that i've got gains when I was doing it but keep getting sidetracked. I'm really locked in tomorrow. Currently doing the newbie routine with JAI's(2x15) before I stretch to loosen the ligs, then I am doing more upward stretches (I have a low lot). Doing jelq's 65-70% erect to get a combination of girth and length. Keep my warm up's/down pretty long. Been doing it for 3 weeks now.

After 1 year I've gained almost an inch, I have however taken a few months of break in that time.
You'll be surprised at what difference even less than an inch makes.

I gained my first inch after my first 6 weeks. I do a 6 on 1 off newbie routine with lots of stretching, 600 jelqs, kegels, and bed fowfers to keep from turtling. Even I had a hard time believing the ruler, but knew I had put in alot of time and effort... I'm a believer that you get back what you invest. Keep up the hard work -

I've yet to measure, although, I can definitely tell i'm getting some good routines in. I wanna make sure my penis has a good EQ, so it's full of smooth muscle. I've been doing jelq's more for girth, once I'm rock hard, i'll start to get more length in. I think i'm more of a girth gainer, after my session I was real fat, i'm getting some stretch marks as well. PS. the best kegels are the flutter ones that you do for a minute. I should make a progress log.
