I've reached a point in my life were enough is enough, im tired of being out of breath, overweight and in bad shape through a little over a decade of body misuse.
I don't smoke, although i have over-eaten and under exercised to the extent that my weight has ballooned by 4 and a half stone (14st 6lb) and i'm only 5ft 4" a hectic family life hasn't helped but it's not an excuse just a small hurdle to overcome.
I've decided that i want to start to achieve something and at the age of 32 have decided to do the Tough Mudder challenge in May of 2014.
My journey begins here, motivational tips and advice is more than welcome.
I'd love to find out if anyone has gone from couch potato to full mudder honours in such a short space of time and if it is at all possible or just a obstacle too far???
Cheers everyone
