Granted.

However, without a mission statement for new members to follow, how are they to know the difference between (yet another) sexual explicit story from the internet , as to something that is helpful?

Remek would be the one to answer this with any certainty. IMO, as long as the profanity isn't directed at anyone, it may be overlooked. With all of the other things that require my specific attention here it's not one of the things I look for. Again though, that's just my opinion and not the rule here.
