The two sisters in reference in the book of Ezekiel are not actual physical women, but that of two cities, Samaria(Syria) & Jerusalem. The best explanation I've been given by a preacher is basically this:

It's a metaphor for the ungodly and unfaithfulness of the above two cities. They lusted after treasures and luxuries of Egypt. If you read on into the chapter, it basically warns us to not be godless towards other nations or God will give those nation(s) permission to take action upon the godless nation.

Anyway, that's how it's been explained to me.

*The thing with the Bible is, just because it literally states X, it doesn't necessarily mean X. The Bible is a spiritual book, and you have to learn to not take it verbatim. I am one that believe prayer works. Certainly when it comes to wishing well for others or asking for help or guidance to be a better person. But I think a prayer like that (wishing for a bigger cock) is inappropriate and I have a gut feeling selfish and wasteful prayers like that don't get answered. But Yes, you can pray for anything.
